NOTE: This registration form will only be open from 10AM-12PM on February 14, 2022.

MECHANICS:

1. Follow the Foot Locker Philippines social media pages on Facebook (www.facebook.com/footlockerph) and Instagram (@footlockerph). Ensure your profile is not on private mode.

2. All winners will be randomly picked and notified through email within 24 hours after the raffle closes.

3. Raffle winners must pay a total of Php5,495 within 24 hours of receiving the winner email which includes payment details. Only one pair can be reserved and claimed per customer.

4. After payment, the sneakers will then be delivered to the address the customer has inputted on the registration form. Kindly ensure mobile number, email and complete delivery address are correct.

5. Failure to pay for your shoes after 24hrs will result to forfeiting your slot. Thus, we will release your product to another buyer.

6. Multiple entries will be automatically cancelled. Foot Locker reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on our Instagram.

7. Valid registration is non-transferrable.

8. No exchange of sizes are allowed. Whatever size is indicated in your registration form will be followed.

9. Purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited and can result to a ban in future raffles and releases.
